Hi, I’m Bailey! Welcome to the Found Oracles site!
Found Oracles is an interactive, choose-your-own-adventure style experience from Bailey Sends Word, my independent story studio where the stories choose you and the mystical meets the everyday. This project is a multimedia story world featuring oracular characters with stories to share with those they find. You can choose your oracle in the free story library to reveal the story that’s meant to find you today.
The oracular characters who narrate the stories show us that there are new wonders to explore within ourselves and the world around us, if we keep ourselves open to cracking apart that magic seam - and let it crack us open too - whenever we unexpectedly encounter it.

Bio
Bailey Lewis is an award-winning author, interactive storyteller, and head of Bailey Sends Word Story Studio. Her work has been published internationally, awarded in many national contests, and featured in The Wigleaf Top 50. She is a Pushcart Prize nominee, and holds an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of South Carolina.
Over her 20+ years in the industry, Bailey has served as editor-in-chief and on editorial staff for many art publications and presses, from the hyper-local to the internationally acclaimed - starting back as far as the stapled-together copy paper magazines she made for her stuffed animals at the age of six. Most recently, her studio’s storytelling project The Gumball Machine of Great Fortune received a public art grant and ongoing installation at ArtFields Festival 2026.
